We are a management consulting company who provides high-caliber project management resources to a wide range of clients.

As an administrative assistant, you will perform administrative duties requiring excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.


  • Maintain and organize administrative files, spreadsheets and records.
  • Complete outlined procedures, processes and assignments.
  • Read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Draft and process email communications.
  • Keep information organized and confidential.


  • Must exhibit strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must have strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
  • Must be 18 years or older and a US Citizen.
